At Sydney Emotional Fitness our experienced coaches and psychologists specialise in one on one confidential coaching sessions for leadership, performance and executive coaching.
We do this in 3 ways
- We partner with organisations to provide expert assistance inside the existing leadership development and high potential framework.
- We work with directly with small business and provide overall business and management coaching fulfilling a need without the costly overheads.
- We work with individuals who are seeking to up level their performance and life in general.
Our coaching sessions are designed to be held on a regular basis. As every coaching assignment is unique as we work with the individual to ensure the ideal cadence to suit their lifestyle and commitments.
Our sessions last from 1.5/2 hours and are generally purchased as a program for 6, 9 or 12 sessions.
A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended. This is the minimal optimal time frame to begin to see the outcome of what is essentially a change process.
