Our Mission:
Principal Psychologist Scott Wright established Sydney Emotional Fitness with a dual purpose.

Firstly, with qualified psychologists it is our aim to assist with alleviating the suffering associated with Anxiety, Stress, Depression,
and Low-self esteem which are epidemic in our society.

Secondly, it is our goal to provide you with the tools and skills for lasting Emotional Fitness, in order for you to not only address your current concerns, but to bounce back from future difficulties and challenges and to forge a rich and rewarding life.

Our counselling methods are based on scientifically researched theory which has been described as innovative and groundbreaking.
